How to order

Step 1 - choose a collection that matches your pet’s personality.

Step 2 - choose or take a photograph of your pet that satisfies our photo guidelines:

• Close up photos taken at eye level work best.
• Take your photo in natural day light and don’t use flash.
• Try to get your pet to sit or stay still or at least make sure there isn’t any blur.
• Take care to make sure all your pet’s ears are within the photo frame and aren’t missing.
• Don't use a screenshot - photo files retain a higher definition finish.
• If possible choose a photo where your pet isn’t looking directly at the camera.

Step 3 - Upload your photo* when adding a product to basket, and then complete the checkout process. 

*Feel free to upload multiple photographs - our artists will select the best quality option.

Our production process

Step 1 - Create - our expert digital artists create a re-touched version of our collections featuring your pet.

Step 2 - Art review - we cross check each other’s designs to make sure are all satisfied with the finished result.

Step 3 - Manufacture - your custom artwork is sent for print at one of our international fulfilment partners.

Step 4 - Quality control - a final quality check takes place on the finished product.

Step 5 - Pack and protect - your order is placed in protective packaging that uses minimal plastic.

Step 5 - Delivery - we will send you tracking information once your order is in transit. Time to get excited!
