We work with a small yet highly skilled team of digital artists to create our product range. Every product that we sell is a unique work of art, designed with a great deal of care and attention to detail. We therefore cannot offer returns due to the customised nature of our products.
If you’ve received the wrong product, or it has been damaged in transit then please let us know as soon as possible, and we will of course replace it immediately.
If you’ve placed an ordered by mistake or have changed your mind, then you can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once 24 hours have passed we will grant cancellations at our discretion i.e. so long as our artists haven’t started to create your order.
Please be aware that when we create your custom artwork, we will use the photograph that you’ve uploaded when purchasing a product. You are welcome to upload multiple photographs - our artists will choose the highest quality photo available to create your painting.
All of the example artwork on our website were created using high quality, high resolution photos. Blurry or low-quality photos will not allow our artists to produce the same level of quality shown on our website. Low quality photos will ultimately result in low quality artwork.
If you’ve upload a poor quality photo with your order, then we will always do our best to contact you requesting an alternative photo, however we cannot always guarantee this during busy sales periods. It is ultimately your responsibility to submit a high quality photograph that meets our photo guidelines at the time of purchase.
