likely good enough! Here are some quick tips:
We carefully review all photos once your order is placed.
If there’s an issue, we’ll email you promptly to request a new photo.
Please note, providing a replacement photo may extend your delivery time by a few days.

Yes! We’ll send you a preview of your artwork before it’s printed.
You’ll have the opportunity to review it and request any changes to ensure you’re completely happy with the result.
We’ll email you as soon as your preview is ready.
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries.
Shipping Times
We send you a preview of your artwork within 2–3 days.
Once you approve your artwork, we’ll print and ship your order within 1–2 days.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 days after shipping. Please allow a few extra days during peak periods.
Shipping Costs
FREE shipping on orders over £100!
For orders under £100, we charge a flat fee of £9.99.
All orders are shipped with tracking for your convenience.
We always aim to package and deliver your items together.
However, depending on what you ordered, some items may be shipped separately.
For example, if your order includes both framed portraits and accessories, they may arrive in different parcels.
If this happens, we’ll provide tracking information for each shipment to keep you updated.
Skip the Queue is our premium option to fast-track your order.
Selecting this option moves your artwork to the front of our artists’ queue, ensuring it’s completed as a priority.
This is especially helpful during busier periods.
Please note that Skip the Queue prioritises the creation of your artwork but does not
affect the shipping speed or delivery time.
Due to the custom nature of our portrait products, we begin work on each order promptly after it is placed.
To cancel an order, you must email support@petfiction.com within 2 hours of placing your order, and we will process a refund at our discretion.
After 2 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If we’re unable to cancel your order, we can offer store credit minus a £15 fee per pet to cover work already started.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.
Each portrait is designed specifically for you and your pet, based on the photo you provide.
If you experience any issues, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@petfiction.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll assist you with a replacement.
We also provide artwork previews and revisions prior to printing and shipping to ensure you’re 100% happy before your portrait is finalised!
