Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, we begin work on each order promptly after it is placed.
Cancellation Window:
You must email support@petfiction.com within 2 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.
Cancellations made within this timeframe will be processed at our discretion.
After 2 Hours:
Cancellations are not guaranteed once work has begun.
If we’re unable to cancel your order, we can offer store credit minus a £15 fee per pet to cover work already started.
Refunds & Returns
As our portraits are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
Before printing, we provide artwork previews and allow revisions to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your design.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@petfiction.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include a photo of the issue, and we will assist you in receiving a replacement.
Important Notes
Refunds or replacements cannot be processed for issues arising from low-quality photos or submissions that do not adhere to our pet photo guidelines.
It is your responsibility to provide a high-quality photo to achieve the best results.
Special requests (e.g., specific edits to a photo) are subject to our discretion and may not always be accommodated.
